How SeekingTalent Manages the Interview Process
1. Candidate Contact: Once we receive an interview request from a client, candidates will be contacted via phone or email to confirm their availability.
2. Interview Pack Distribution: After a suitable time is confirmed, candidates will receive an interview pack. This pack includes essential details about the client’s business, directions to the location, the job specification, and information on whom to ask for upon arrival.
3. Document Confirmation: Candidates are required to confirm receipt of the interview pack within 48 hours or no later than 24 hours before the scheduled interview, whichever is sooner.
4. Pre-Interview Check: As a final check, candidates will receive a call the evening before the interview to confirm their attendance and address any last-minute questions.
5. Post-Interview Feedback: After the interview, we will connect with the candidate to gather their feedback. This feedback will then be communicated to the client, either verbally or via email.
How SeekingTalent Manages Offers of Employment
1. Verbal Offer and Acceptance: Once a decision is made, SeekingTalent will extend the offer of employment to the candidate verbally and confirm their acceptance. Following this, we will provide the client with the candidate’s contact details so that the formal paperwork can be prepared.
2. Ongoing Candidate Support: Upon acceptance of the offer, we maintain close communication with the candidate. We ensure the contract has been received, assist with any questions regarding the terms, confirm the candidate’s resignation from their current role, agree on a start date, and continue to support the candidate with weekly check-in calls every Friday afternoon after they commence their new position.
3. Handling Declined Offers: If a candidate declines the offer, we will promptly investigate the reasons behind their decision. We will explore potential solutions to address any concerns and attempt to turn the situation around, ensuring that both the client and candidate are fully informed throughout the process.
